Our space features a smart Roku TV with free Disney Plus service this season. Binge watch Marvel, Star Wars, Nat Geo and more to your hearts content. In addition, we have Pluto TV and the Roku channel, which connects you with hundreds of channels. We also have Xfinity service with 25 channels for local news options.
This smart TV allows us to offer other apps such as Hulu, Att TV, and Netflix, which you can log into with your own account. (Just remember to log out before you go home!)
You have control! We have tested the remote before your stay and it's in perfect condition. Please take care not to spill anything on the remotes as there is a $10 replacement charge if they are damaged.
Download the Ap: You can also download the Roku smart app to your smart phone to control the TV. Once the app is downloaded, connect your it to our wifi and our Roku TV model.
If the power goes out and the TV loses connection with the WIFI, you may have to reconnect it.
Check connection: Please go to the home screen, select ‘settings,’ then ‘Network.’ This will give you choices to ‘check connection.’ Select this and let it run. If this reports that it cannot connect to network, then follow the Rest Connection option.
Reset Connection: If your TV is reporting a lost connection to the network, then choose Settings>Advanced system settings>Network connection reset. This option will reset the connection for all TVs in the house.

If there is a power outage, the internet will not work. However, all equipment should come back online once the power is restored. Do not touch the routers or cabling. Do not unplug Nexia or the Nighthawk routers as these are tied to our safety equipment and smart locks. If you unplug our electronic devices in the house your booking is endangered of being cancelled mid-stay, with no refund.
