The private back yard features a seating area and picnic table for outdoor eating. Your booking includes bedding, linens, towels, Beach tags and beach gear (during the season). New window AC Units in every room. keep the house chilled in the summer and baseboard heaters keep it toasty int he winter. The home does not have a driveway, so guests will park on the street but a Parking Pass is provided for your stay. This cottage is only 5 houses (approx. 350 ft) away from boards!
