There are no parties/events/prom groups allowed at our beach house rentals. We require that the primary renter is 25 years or older. Local town ordinances require that we collect the names, IDs, primary residences, age and phones numbers of everyone in the guest party. No going over house capacity/occupancy or your booking will be cancelled.

The town has a noise ordinance between 10pm and 8am. Violations will result in a ticket for both the guests AND the host of the beach house rentals.
