"Location is perfect!"

The home features 5 bedrooms. One bedroom is located on first floor with a queen bed.  The second floor features 3 bedrooms with queens.

The third floor features 1 queen and 1 rollaway single bed.  An alternate air mattress and pack and play are available upon request.

The first floor bathroom features a sink, toilet, and big walk-in shower. The bathroom on the second floor has a sink, toilet and bathtub. The third floor features an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet and walk-in shower. All bathrooms are sticked with towels, wash cloths, soap, shampoo and conditioner.

We have stocked the bathrooms with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and even tooth paste & tooth brushes!

We provide bed sheets, covers, pillows, kitchen towels, bath towels and beach towels with your rental. All linens and bedding are laundered and sanitized specifically for each stay.

In addition, we provide toilet paper, paper towels and napkins.

Plenty of space in our driveway to park two cars during your stay. 

Our badges save you quite a bit of money on beach access charges. Jenkinson's charges $10 per day for Adults/Teens and $3 per day for kids over 3. 

We have 3 beach bikes, helmets and locks on property to use during your stay. We ask that you please use the helmets for your safety and the bike locks for security when racking the bikes.

We have 3 fishing poles, 6 beach chairs, an umbrella, a wagon, sand toys, corn hole game, flickin' chicken lawn game, etc.

We have a permanent gazebo installed in the large backyard with two picnic tables for outdoor dining. There is also seating for 8 on the porch along with rocking chairs and loungers.

In the home, we provide first aid kits, fire extinguishers, child safety window locks, fire escape ladders, and state of the art smoke & carbon monoxide detectors.
