OCEAN UNIT 1 - Point Beach

Your booking comes with an off-street parking spot (sedan or mid-sized SUV). (Large vehicles such as F-150s, Escalades, Expeditions won't fit, as lot is shared.) 

Each bedroom features a full bed, dresser, luggage rack, hanging rack, and bedside table for phone, drinks or kindles! The unit features private washer/dryer utility closet and a bathroom that has a shower stall, sink and toilet.

We provide bed sheets, covers, pillows, kitchen towels, bath and beach towels with your rental. In addition, we provide toilet paper, paper towels and napkins.

Our wifi can accommodate your devices and phones!  Guests have used it for remote learning classes and mobil office meetings with two thumbs up approvals!

Our badges save you quite a bit of money on beach access charges. Jenkinson's charges $10 per day for Adults/Teens and $3 per day for kids over 3.  We also provide 2 folding beach chairs, an umbrella, a wagon, beach towels and sand toys.

Xfinity cable with local channels, Roku and Pluto Channels that feature 100s of channels, and Disney + with Lucasfilm, Marvel, and Nat Geo. Plus we have Netflix and Amazon apps to access your own account!

We have stocked the bathrooms with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and even tooth paste & tooth brushes!

3 beach bikes, helmets and locks are provided for the property on a first come basis. Please use the helmets for your safety. 

We have a propane fed BBQ grill in the parking lot of the property available on a first come basis. 

Our beautiful hedge landscaping creates a sheltered picnic area at the front of our property for guest use, on a first come basis.

We provide a first aid kit, fire extinguisher, child safety window locks, baby gate and state of the art smoke & carbon monoxide detectors. Pack and Play available upon request.
