From run down to wow
Lands End Cottage built in 1880
This property was built in 1880 and was one of the first boarding houses to host summer guests in the area as part of the Lands End Hotel. It was original one of two guest cottages across the street from the main hotel. This property and the sister cottage next door are all that remains of the original hotel. However, with the 2025 renovations this property is once again ready to host beach guests!

In 2025, this property was lifted to be flood plain compliant as well as had extensive repairs and redesign to the roof, it's historic porches restored, and major interior improvements, which will make for a comfortable stay full of new amenities.
