We have a first aid kit located under the kitchen counter for you. It may also be located in the bathroom. In addition, we have stocked hand sanitizer and hand wipes in the property for you.

This is a beach town and it is know to be a bit windy during the spring / summer seasons. In addition, we are know for some wicked lightning storms from time to time. If there is a power outage, please do not panic as Jersey Power and Light usually has the power back up and running within a few hours.

During a power outage, the front door lock and smoke/carbon detectors will still work as they are battery powered. The WiFi, internet, TV, water heater and other appliances will not work during a power outage. Once the power comes on, all of these systems will come back on without any assistance. 

*Please do not touch the wifi, router, smoke detectors, decibel monitor, range extenders plugged into outlets, or other equipment in the Utility Room. Many of these systems tie into the other safety warning systems in the house and should not be meddled with.
