Trash schedule

Point Pleasant Beach requires everyone to separate their trash from their recycling. Each has its own dedicated can, located in front of the garage. Please put out the trash cans as per the posted schedule. No bags allowed to be put on curb only cans. The trash is collected by humans and therefore the cans are smaller, hold less items and should be brought to the curb on schedule during your stay. 

Placement: Cans are stored in front of the garage at the back of the property. Cans need to be placed at the curb after 7pm the next before pick up, on either side of driveway scoop as long as it is not blocking any other driveways. See picture below.  They should be brought back in promptly after the pick up and placed back in the front of the garage before 10am.

Trash: Trash gets picked up on Mondays and Thursdays. Please make sure to take the trash can to the curb after 7pm on Sunday night and on Wednesday night, as the trash is collected 6am-7am the next morning. Cans need to be returned to the back to the front of the garage before 10am the next day.

Recycling: Please take recycling to the curb on Tuesday night after 7pm. Recycling gets picked up on Wednesday morning.
