Parking information

This house features a wide driveway at the back of the lot in front of a storage garage. Guests have 4 off-street spots on the right side of the driveway. These spots can accommodate four average-size cars or two mid-sized SUVs. If you have larger vehicles, then you may only be able to fit one or two of them in your allocated spaces. Please see the picture below indicating where the guest spots are located. Please park on the paved driveway and not on the back lawn, sidewalk or blocking the driveway entrance at the street.

We have 4 off-street residential parking passes that you can utilize during your stay. They are located in the front pocket of the House Manual. Before check-out, please double check your car and return parking passes to our House Manual. The replacement cost for each unreturned parking passes upon check-out is $100, as we need them immediately for the next guest stay.

No parking in the reserved spot: The left side of the driveway is a reserved spot for the property manager. This spot will be marked and coned off. Guests should refrain from parking there as the property manager requires this spot and access to our storage garage at various times throughout the day. (Garage access and left side of driveway are not included in rental.) If that area is not schedule to be utilized during your stay, we will let you know so that you can park there. 

Entering and Exiting Driveway:

Please make sure you use caution when entering and exiting the driveway as many pedestrians are using the sidewalk to travel to the beach.

Towing & Tickets:

Please DO NOT have any portion of your vehicle protruding onto the sidewalk or block the driveway scoop, as you will get ticketed and possibly towed. Do not park on our back lawn. *Any parking violations that result in towing will be at the owner's expense.

Parking before or after your booking dates:

Please keep in mind that parking is scarce during the summer season and we will be unable to accommodate guest parking in our driveway before check-in or after check-out, as the cleaning crew needs the space while they work.

TIP: If you are expecting guests during your stay, then take the time to park your vehicle in an open spot on the street when possible and save the driveway spots for your incoming guests or family members.

We have 4 on-street, overnight parking passes that will keep you from getting a ticket. Parking on Boston Ave on side of the house and down the side streets is free during the day.  Please place the pass on the driver's side of your front dashboard fro overnight street parking.
